Free shipping Policy: For orders up to [X] USD, we offer free shipping in the United States (except for remote areas). This offer is only applicable to standard size iron bed, if you purchase an oversize or overweight iron bed, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Package tracking

Tracking method: After the order is shipped, you will receive SMS and email notification with tracking number and tracking link. You can enter the logistics number through the official website of the logistics partner to query the transportation status of the package in real time; You can also click on the tracking link we send directly to see the detailed location and estimated delivery time of the package in the redirection page.

Logistics information update delay: Occasionally there will be logistics information update is not timely situation, if you query the logistics status is not updated for a long time, you can contact our customer service team, we will assist you to communicate with the logistics provider, verify the actual transportation of the package.

6. Handling of special cases

Address error or change: If you find that the delivery address is wrong or you need to change the address after the order is submitted, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can change the address for you free of charge before the package is shipped; If the package has been shipped, we will do our best to help you contact the logistics provider to change the address, but the logistics provider may charge a change of address fee, which will be borne by you.
