Shipping damage: If damaged during shipping, you can replace it free of charge or get a full refund.

We offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee for every customer. We will arrange for the collection and return of any artwork you purchase from us, and you will only need to pay the shipping cost of the return.

Please note that in order to accept a return request, the following conditions must be met:

1. You can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the goods. The bed must be kept in its original condition, including all parts and accessories. Any signs of overuse, damage, or missing parts may void the return.

2. Therefore, be careful when opening the packages you receive

For packages that arrive damaged, we ask for photos of the damage so that we can learn more about what went wrong with our particular shipment.

3. If the return is due to a defect in the iron bed or our mistake (e.g., wrong shipment of goods), we will bear the shipping cost of the return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to use.

– If the return is due to other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Costs will vary depending on the mode of transport and destination.

Check and refund

Once we receive the returned iron bed, our quality control team will inspect it. If the bed is in original, unused condition with all parts intact, we will process the refund within 3 working days.

– A refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to send the refund to your account.

– Custom or personalized iron beds are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

– If the iron bed is assembled in a way that is difficult to disassemble or has been modified by the customer, returns may not be accepted.
